BYE
This command notifies the local node that your intent is to disconnect from the Cluster. This is the recommended way of disconnecting, however, the PacketCluster does detect the disconnect command from user TNCs and will remove that user from the PacketCluster.
Syntax BYE
Conference mode allows you to talk simultaneously with other stations who have also requested conference mode. This command is usually disabled on most nodes of our Cluster as it has the potential for increasing the internode traffic level to the point that other link traffic comes to a standstill. It is available for limited use by arrangement with the Sysop and is capable of supporting conferences between local users or between users on several remote nodes.
This command is used to delete a particular mail message. Mail messages may be deleted by the originator of the message, the recipient, or by the sysop. Attempts to delete someone else's mail result in the display of an error message, "No access to message".
If a message number is not specified in the syntax of the DELETE command, the Cluster assumes the last mail message you just read is deleted, assuming you have access to the message.
Multiple mail messages may be deleted with a single command, by separating the message numbers by commas, or by specifying a range (for example 7300-7305)
Messages to ALL or to LOCAL may be deleted only by the sender of the message and by the sysop. When a message to ALL is deleted by the sender, a message is sent to all other nodes that are connected at the time, to delete that same message.
